Kiesha and Neil- Club Langley

Kiesha and Neil had a beautiful wedding at Club Langley. They started dating just over a year ago but their story extends back to their childhood. They both were regular attendees of the church they married in. Neil went to live in Jamaica at the age of seven and came back to the UK when he was 18 years old. They reconnected and whilst Neil had a crush on Kiesha for 10 years he didn’t pursue anything until a year and half ago. He told me that he knew Kiesha was the one as soon as he set eyes on her.

The day started at the Bromley Court hotel where Kiesha was getting ready along with her mum, 6 bridesmaids and two flower girls.

Keisha wore her hair down and wore a beautiful dress by Essence of Australia. Her dress had a strapless bodice, high waist that extended onto the multi-layered tulle skirt. She looked amazing. Timeless and elegant! Her bridesmaids wore beautiful gold shimmering dresses.

The ceremony at St Matthias Gospel Tabernacle Assembly was beautiful. Angelic gospel singing echoed throughout the church, followed by a few readings including one from Neil’s daughter. It was a very emotional ceremony. At one point in the service, emotions ran very high as Kiesha’s daughter, and Neils’s son and daughter were given presents. The children cried tears of happiness to see their parents get married.

After the ceremony, the guests all made their way to club Langley. We had planned a Portrait shoot at Kelsey Gardens in Bromley, but due to the rain, we continued straight to Club Langley. The rain did not stop the smiles however; it was indeed a happy and magical day.

The venue itself was beautifully decorated in blue and white with flashes of gold. White flowers set around candles which just added a pleasant soft ambience. The flowers were by flowers by Marion. The speeches were also very emotional. There was a lot of love in the room for Kiesha and Neil and a lot of tears of love.

The beauty of photographing so many different wedding stories and how different they all are makes my job so exciting. Seeing each couple create a day that is so perfect for them and them alone is what it’s all about. It’s just awesome!!

Another genuinely lovely couple; kind, warm and generous. Thank you so much for a beautiful day and the opportunity to photograph your wedding. Wishing you all the best.  Much Love, Razia xx
