Rebecca and Keiron had the most beautifully elegant wedding at the Larmer Tree. They both wanted to be married outside. The Larmer Tree, which was the first venue they visited, was the most perfect backdrop for their garden wedding. They fell in love with it instantly. Rebecca told me 'The gardens and the people made it an easy choice'.
The day started at Cleeves House barn where Rebecca was getting ready with her four bridesmaids, flower girl and mum. It was a lovely relaxed start to the day. I loved Rebecca’ s glowy make up which was done beautifully by Zoe Taylor and her loosely woven plait by Jessica Marsh. When Rebecca got into her dress the whole look looked breath taking. Rebecca wore a dress by Mascara which had been altered by the talented Clare Gilbert from The Organzo rooms in Amesbury. Clare altered and helped redesign the dress to meet Rebecca’s specifications.
Rebecca’s bridesmaids arrived at the Larmer Tree wearing their beautiful dusky pink long dresses followed shortly by Rebecca accompanied by her father in his Ferrari. Keiron looked very dapper in his fitted blue suit with grey waistcoat and waited patiently for the ceremony to begin. He was overwhelmed when he saw Rebecca walk down the isle. It was clear to see for everyone how stunning she looked.
After the ceremony Guests relaxed and played games in the gardens which was shortly followed by a BBQ.
Peacocks grace the grounds of the Larmer Tree and inspired the peacock theme for their wedding. When Rebecca read further into peacocks she found ”when the peacock struts gracefully into your life you may be entering a time of rebirth”. The perfect symbolism to start their new life together with.
Rebecca and Keiron chose to keep the styling elegant. The table plan had a beautiful illustration of a peacock. The room was decorated by stunning flower chandeliers and elegant white and peach roses on the tables.
I always look forward to the speeches. Although I learn as much as I can about my wonderful couples before their wedding I learn even more during the speeches. There was lots of laughter and tears of joy during Rebecca and Keiron's speeches. During Rebecca's father's speech Keiron wiped away Rebecca's tears which I found so endearing. I also learned of the incredible courage, will and determination Rebecca and her sisters showed after recovering from a serious car crash. Where the will to succeed was greater than the will to let go. It seems to me that the Peacock theme of rebirth has so many significances to Rebecca's life. She told me later it has helped her appreciate the special days even more.
Rebecca and Keiron you are such a fun couple, thank you so much for allowing me to tell your story through pictures. I can not tell you how honored I feel that you entrusted me to do so. Your day was a blast from start to finish. Just what you deserved!! Wishing you even greater success on your journey. Much love, Razia xx
It was great to work with Euan Scholes who made their amazing wedding video. I have added it to the bottom of this post! Enjoy! :)
