Sam and Andrew- Tythe Barn

Sam and Andrew met at  Exeter University ten years ago. Sam noticed Andrew as the one that was always late and Andrew noticed Sam during an ethics presentation.

Andrew proposed on Sam's 30th birthday in Portugal. They had been there for a friends wedding and were heading back to London for birthday celebrations when Andrew detoured to an incredible resort where he proposed. They stayed there overnight and then headed to the airport where once again they detoured to another resort where Sam's family were waiting  to celebrate her 30th birthday and their engagement!

I loved Sam's vision. She wanted a relaxed barn wedding and  Tythe Barn was the perfect setting.

Andrew looked super stylish in his suit from Hackett London. He teamed this with a  cool checkered waist coat and tie from suit supply.

Sam's flowers were by Emma at pollen flowers.  Lush white flowers amongst springs and greenery. In Sam's own words , 'I was overwhelmed with how well she managed to bring the vision to life'. Their exquisite naked cake was made by All Cakes and Sizes.

Sam's stunning dress was by designer Annasul Y, from The White Collection. It was a breathtaking 1920's inspired ultra glam design. It's delicate beading and a gentle figure hugging shape was just gorgeous and Sam looked incredible! The beautiful bridesmaids dresses were from David's Bridal.

They were hoping for an outdoor ceremony. Whilst it did rain briefly it stopped minutes before the ceremony and held off for the rest of the day!  Sam's father walked her down the stunning Wisteria draped aisle. The ceremony was lovely. Sam and Andrew wrote a poem. It was read by Sam's best friend and bridesmaid Alice, titled 'You and Me'. It was a humorous and emotive account of their relationship.  Their good friend George read 'Love' by Roy Croft.

The speeches were delivered with so much love and humour followed by some fun games outside in the gardens. One of which was Beer Pong. I've never seen a game of Beer Pong played before other than in the movies. So I was very intrigued. The guests had so much fun and I had the wonderful opportunity for some fun photographs.

What a perfect day you had! I wish you all the best for the future. Much Love, Razia x
