Romeca and Freddie- The Dysart, Petersham
Romeca and Freddie met at work seven and half years ago. They have two beautiful children Max and Emmie and it was because of their two children they wanted a relaxed wedding. Nothing formal, just something casual and with very little fuss. They wanted endless food, drink and dancing.
Their special day was everything they had hoped for.
Romeca started her day at the Petersham hotel with her sister Jenna and best friend Jessika. It was a beautiful relaxed morning with very little nerves. I loved Romeca's glamorous vintage look. She looked stunning. Her hair was left loose with sculpted long glorious waves. Her makeup artist Arpita Karania did an amazing job of bring to life her vision. It reminded me of the hollywood glamour days of the 1940's. Romeca wore a stylish laced and beaded dress with a sweetheart neckline by Maggie Sottero. Just stunning!
After the ceremony at York house in Richmond, a red London bus took the guests to the reception at 'The Dysart'. Romeca and Freddie chose 'The Dysart' because they both grew up in Richmond. They wanted a venue that was close to Richmond park. The Dysart was able to offer the casual relaxed setting they were after. During the reception there was no formal sit down dinner. Guests mingled as five courses of bowl food were served.
I loved all the speeches. During which the school photo of Romeca's 'crazy hair' was shown. I empathised fully as every curly haired girl would know before discovering hair straighteners :)
Congratulations Romeca and Freddie. Your children were so lucky to see you get married. Wishing you and your beautiful family the brightest and happiest future. Love Rx
